PREPARE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLANS AND TRAFFIC GUIDANCE SCHEMES

The duration of this training course is for three days of theory and interactive workshopping for all students. This course requires attendance and participation in a training program delivered by our qualified traffic management plans expert. After their course attendance students will be required to submit three separate assignments and be deemed competent for each. Specific instruction will be given on diagram development if requested.

The duration of this training course is for three days of theory and interactive workshopping for all students. This course requires attendance and participation in a training program delivered by our qualified traffic management plans expert. The three days of training will be conducted face to face and each participant is required to produce a series of work zone traffic management plans in the twelve weeks following the face to face delivery. Specific instruction will be given on diagram development if requested.
There are no defined course prerequisites; however it is recommended that students have completed the Traffic Control Roadwork Signing and Safety course prior to undertaking this course and one year’s demonstrable experience working as a traffic controller. Students must be able to read and understand the English language and be able to undertake some basic arithmetic.
Successful students will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for the course undertaken.
These courses are presented at various locations nationally, or they can be presented at client locations for groups or companies with a specific requirement or a viable quantity to a maximum of 20 persons.
