TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT FOR ROAD SIDE MECHANICS
This half day course fulfils the training requirements of a Mechanic engaged in the field undertaking work in a break down situation at various locations to maintain traffic network flow whilst ensuring the safety of workers, the public and or vehicle driver. This course meets the requirements of appropriate training to meet the requirements of the relevant state Traffic Management Code of Practice.

The duration of this training course is for four hours of theory and assessment for all students. This course requires attendance and participation in a training program delivered by one of our qualified trainers. The course will be delivered entirely face to face and will include a mix of theory with individual and group activities for the competency assessments.
There are no defined course prerequisites. Students must be able to read and understand the English language and be able to undertake some basic arithmetic.
Successful students will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance. A wallet sized card, with photograph, will be issued to all successful students deemed to be competent.
This course can be presented at your location for groups or companies with a specific requirement quantity to a maximum of 10 persons.
Alternately this course can be presented at various locations nationally as required.
This course is only offered to persons actively engaged in organisations where the primary role is the attendance at road breakdown situations.
